Chickpeas cooked with onions, tomato and cooked in a mild curried sauce.

04. SALAN
A blend of onions, red chillies, peanut, coconut and cumin. Your choice of eggplant, jaapeno or
mushroom.

05. ALOO GOBI
Potato and culiflower cooked with fresh tomatoes, cilantro and mildly spiced with
indian herbs and spices.

06. DAL FRY
Lentils tempered with mustard seeds, red chillies, curry leaves and garlic.
